termolac® is W. Hartmann & Co.'s powder-coated aluminium sheet, developed for applications that require both exceptional surface durability and excellent formability. Available in 35 colours, several gloss levels and surface textures, termolac® combines outstanding visual appearance with excellent fabrication properties.
Powder coating – the technology behind termolac®
Powder coating is a dry finishing process in which electrostatically charged powder is applied to the aluminium surface and cured at high temperature. A key advantage of termolac® is its outstanding edge-forming performance. The coating remains intact during bending without cracking, allowing a minimum bend radius of just 1T. This makes termolac® the ideal choice wherever painted aluminium sheets need to match powder-coated aluminium profiles in both colour and finish.

Coil coating is a continuous industrial finishing process in which aluminium coil is cleaned, chemically pre-treated, coated and cured in a single production line. The result is an exceptionally uniform surface finish with excellent coating adhesion and consistently high quality across large panel sizes.
